One bedroom units, 60 M2: It consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed
and a living-room with a sofa, a terrace with armchairs and table. It is
ideal for two persons.
Two bedroom and two bathroom units, 100 M2: It consists of one bedroom
with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with either two single beds or
a king-size one. There are two bathrooms with showers, and the kitchen
and dining area are separate from the lounge, a large terrace with more
comfortable armchairs plus an additional table. Ideal for 4 persons.
3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit 152 M2 : Consisting of two bedrooms on the
same floor, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single twin
beds or a king-size one, and two bathrooms with shower. The mezzanine
with a king-size bed has a cozy living-room, jacuzzi and bathroom. The
comfortable lounge is separate from the kitchen and dining area; a large
terrace with armchairs and table. Ideal for six people.
Honeymoon VILLA 128 M2 : on two floors. One big, elegant and intimate
bedroom with a king-size bed; bathroom with jacuzzi. On the upper floor,
a bedroom with 2 twin bed, with bathroom and shower. Kitchen and dining
area are separate from the lounge, and a large terrace with armchairs
for the second table. Ideal for four persons.
LUX unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 117 M2: It consists of 2
bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with either a king-size

Dominican Republic less than 3 hours from Santo Domingo’s Las Americas
International Airport, just 30 minutes away from the new international
airport El Catey Samana, a 5 minutes drive from the local airport El
Portillo. If you are arriving from Santiago or Puerto Plata, it is about
3 ½ hours, while from La Romana or Punta Cana, the trip can take about 4
or 5 hours.
